Terms & Conditions

All data collected will be treated with the utmost privacy and client details held will not be passed on to any third party. Orders placed must therefore include your name, address, contact telephone numbers and payment details.

A 50% deposit may be required in some instances upon placement of an order and this deposit is non-refundable once personalisation of garments has commenced (we will advise at the time of quotation if a deposit is required).

Due to the customisation of products, refunds cannot be given unless the item is defective. Any perceived defects must be reported in writing to Thread Simple within 72 hours of receipt of the order and refunds will not be given where the garment has been worn, used or washed.

Shortages to a delivery must be reported within 48 hours. Delivery dates are a guide only and whilst all deadlines will be met where possible, lack of delivery due to factors outside of our control will not be legally binding except where specified in a contract approved by both parties.

Prices are valid at time of quotation and we reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. Quotations are valid for thirty days unless otherwise indicated.

Items will remain the property of Thread Simple until payment has been made in full. Returned cheques will attract an administration charge of £20 per representation.
